No Bake Collagen Cookies

I was experimenting with my food processor recently and decided to incorporate NeoCell Super Collagen. It supports recovery, joint health and is free of GMOs, gluten and sugar. It’s the number one protein in your body that keeps your skin supple and helps prevent fine lines and wrinkles while keeping your hair and nails healthy too. So what’s not to love about a collagen cookie?!

By the way, if you don’t already own a food processor, it’s a staple!! I’m far from being a professional chef and my first choice of breakfast food is oatmeal cooked in the microwave. So, trust me when I say you should own a food processor. It’s easy to use and you can come up with countless creations that are nutrient-rich and cheaper than buying at the grocery store.

Here is the result of my experiment. Let me know how your cookies turn out and, if you have any amazing food processor recipes, send them my way!

Ingredients
3/4 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup regular oatmeal (quick variety)
2 t. cinnamon
2 t. vanilla extract
3 scoops NeoCell Super Collagen Powder
2 T. honey
2 T. coconut oil
2 T. peanut butter

Process dry ingredients then add honey, coconut oil and peanut butter. Process until the ingredients become a “doughy” consistency. Roll into balls and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Enjoy!
