3-Ingredient SuperBerry Protein Bagel

I’ve seen a pretty amazing recipe circulating through social media in recent weeks.  It’s a 2-ingredient bagel, made from Greek yogurt and self rising flour.  Yum, right?? While I have yet to try it, I experimented with my own version, using a plant based protein powder.

You see, yesterday I tried the SuperBerry protein from IdealRaw and LOVED it!  Who doesn’t love 15g of plant based protein?  It’s made primarily of organic brown rice and organic pea proteins.  Plus, it’s gluten free and soy free.  Since all I did was mix it with water, the thought of a SuperBerry bagel was irresistible.  Here are the results of my experiment!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix equal parts Greek yogurt and SuperBerry protein in a bowl.  I used about 3/4 c. of each.  Then add a teaspoon of baking soda.  It is rather “sticky,” but roll a small handful into a ball and then create a circle on a pan (I did coat the pan with an olive oil spray).  Bake for approximately 25 minutes.  Enjoy!
