Meet Megan Meisner

Hi! My name is Megan.  In high school, I was overweight and inactive.  After joining my first gym at the age of 16 and making lifestyle changes, the extra weight dropped and my commitment to health and wellness continued to grow.  I achieved two Bachelor’s Degrees from Illinois State University, in Program Management and Commercial Recreation, along with an Exercise Science minor.  Since then, I have competed in two NPC Bikini competitions, was featured in the Rising Stars column of Oxygen magazine in August 2014 and got married in October of 2016.

Megan Meisner Fitness emphasizes Activity, Nutrition and Restoration.  In a world that overwhelms us with diet plans, new workout routines and the latest “stress-busting, abs-lusting” claims, Megan Meisner Fitness will help you silence the distractions and focus on mindfulness, self awareness and support to reach your goals.  The emphasis is on progression, not perfection.

For over ten years, I have been certified through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor.  My certifications also include Adult CPR/AED and I have experience in sports nutrition, prenatal/postnatal fitness, youth fitness, TRX Training, spin, aqua aerobics, yoga, boot camp, strength, step and more.

Please contact me at megan.m.meisner@gmail.com with questions or for customized fitness programs and partnership opportunities.  I am also available to collaborate with brands, helping them connect with consumers and share their stories through social media.

  1. May I just say what a relief to discover someone who genuinely knows what they’re talking about over the
internet. You certainly know how to bring an issue to light and make it important.
A lot more people need to check this out and understand this side of the story.
It’s surprising you’re not more popular since you certainly have the gift.
